Updated Covid 19 Protocol
I take 15 minutes in between each appointment for sanitization. Hepa Air Filtration system and advanced cleaning supplies have been added to our protocol for safety.
If you can print it, fill out the INTAKE form before your treatment. If you don't have access to a printer, NO PROBLEM, I have preprinted copies at the clinic.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to each appointment. You are considered late if you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment is scheduled to begin.
If you know you are going to be late please give a courtesy call in advance to make arrangements.
If the schedule allows for it, I will keep your full appointment or remaining time of appointment, but at times the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Upon Arrival
Please arrive for your first appointment approximately 10 minutes early to fill out the intake form and to discuss treatment goals. This will allow for proper dialog to obtain optimum results from your massage session.
On subsequent visits please arrive 5 minutes early so that we have time to discuss your massage therapy goals.
Remember to report any changes in your health to me (your massage therapist) right away so that I am aware of potential contraindications and am able modify your massage treatment accordingly.

No Shows
Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation policy fee.
I ask that you please give me a courtesy call to cancel your appointment. If no phone call is made and your appointment time comes and goes, you will be subject to a minimum fee of ($75) for the time slot.
After the first no call/ no show all bookings will be paid for in advance, and there will be no refunds on appointments in violation of this policy.
